We have had this vacuum for 6 months now, at the beginning it was amazing, slowly it has deteriorated and no longer provides suction - just blows the dirt around.
I’ve been using this vacuum 15 months and I love it. It has great power and is easy to use. I do wish it was free standing because I’ve dropped it several times from leaning it against something. I broke the slit that holds the battery in one of the times I dropped it and had to tape the battery on. It still works like new, even though I’ve dropped it many times.

Bought one only a year ago, and now when I use it, I get an error on the display and it stops working. This despite the fact that it was very expensive.
